Job summary

Advance Healthcare Limited is seeking a Complex Care Assistant to join a dedicated in-home care team in Redcar. You’ll support two siblings with a life-limiting condition, delivering nutrition and medication management, and performing PEG feeding and tracheostomy care as required.

Two care workers will share duties, with WakingNights shifts from 7 pm to 7 am. A driver’s license or access to a vehicle is required due to location.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in complex care is essential.
• Experience with PEG feeding, ventilator management, and suctioning is required.
• Tracheostomy care knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home complex care for two siblings, including nutrition and medication management.
• Perform tracheostomy care, ventilation support, suctioning, and PEG feeding as required.
