Job summary

AGH is recruiting a Complex Care Assistant to support two siblings with a life-limiting condition in their own home. You will work alongside another carer, providing comprehensive care including nutrition and medication management, tracheostomy care, ventilation, and suctioning where needed.

Shifts available: WakingNights – 7 pm to 7 am. An access to a vehicle is required due to location and role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in complex care is essential.
• Experience with PEG feeding, ventilator management, and suctioning is required.

Responsibilities

• Support two siblings with a life-limiting condition in their home.
• Provide nutrition and medication management, and tracheostomy care including ventilation and suctioning.
