What you’ll do as a Care Assistant r:

  • Provide person-centred care and support to clients in their own homes.

  • Assist with personal care such as washing, dressing and toileting.

  • Support with meal preparation and encourage a healthy, balanced diet.

  • Prompt and administer prescribed medication.

  • Accompany clients to access the community (appointments, shopping, activities).

  • Assist with light household and domestic tasks.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous care experience is desirable but not essential – full training provided.

  • A caring, compassionate and reliable nature.

  • Full UK/EU driving licence required.

  • Flexibility and commitment to work alternate weekends.
