Job summary

Total Community Care in Tamworth is seeking a compassionate support worker to assist a 42-year-old man living with a C5 spinal cord injury. You will help with transfers, daily living tasks, and promoting independence, dignity, and choice. No prior experience required; full training and paid induction are provided.

Shifts are days, 08:00–22:00, with a supportive team environment. We offer DBS paid for you, career progression opportunities, and generous perks as part of the CCH family.

You’ll be supporting a 42‑year‑old man living with a C5 complete spinal cord injury following a car accident. He lives with his partner and his rescue dog, Marty.
