We are seeking compassionate individuals to care for our residents, addressing their Physical, Psychological, and Social needs. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care activities such as washing, hygiene, dressing, and meals. We welcome applications from experienced Care Assistants, Care Givers, Homecare Workers, or Community Support Workers, and also from those without experience but with a passion for care, as full training is provided.

About You

We are looking for kind and caring individuals eager to make a positive impact. Candidates should ideally have:

• Level 2 in Health & Social Care or a care certificate (training provided, so these are desirable but not essential)
• Experience in a Care Home environment (desirable but not essential)
• Leadership experience
• A committed and organized approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility to work shifts
