While many care providers only pay for your contact time, we believe that you should be paid for every minute that you are a Bluebird Care Ambassador, even if you are sat in your car. Join our team and your salary will be by the hour, not per contact time.

Roles and Responsibilities as a Care Assistant
Because We Care About You
We understand that our team members have their own families, so our roles offer flexibility to work around your home life. You can choose full-time or part-time work; simply tell us your availability. We do require flexibility from you as well, including working on ALTERNATE WEEKENDS. Our shift patterns are 07:00-15:00 and 16:00-22:00.
