While many Care providers only pay for your contact time, we believe that you should be paid for every minute that you are being a Bluebird Care Ambassador, even if you are sat in your car. Join our team and your salary will be by the hour and not per contact time.

Roles and Responsibilities as a Care Assistant

We understand that our team members have their own families, so our roles offer flexibility to work around your home life. You can choose full-time or part-time work—just let us know your availability. We do require flexibility from you as well, including working on ALTERNATE WEEKENDS. Our shift patterns are 07:00-15:00 and 16:00-22:00.
