Connect2Swindon is recruiting experienced Waking Night Care Assistants, with extensive experience working with individuals with Dementia and complex needs, to support our client and their team with their staffing needs.

Previous Dementia Awareness training would be highly desirable for this role!

You will support each individual to maintain as much independence as possible, always prioritising choice and following their Care Plans, to ensure you deliver the very best person‑centred care.
