Job summary

Saxon Care is recruiting a Care Assistant to support individuals in their own homes across Swindon and surrounding areas. You will provide person-centred care, helping clients maintain independence and quality of life with companionship and practical support.

Full-time or part-time positions are available with guaranteed hours. Training is provided, and you’ll join an award-winning team delivering high-quality care in the community.

Join Our Care Team in Swindon – Competitive Pay, Guaranteed Hours,

Location:Swindon, Cricklade, Malmesbury, Royal Wootton Bassett & Surrounding areas

Salary: £14.79 - £15.50 per hour, plus paid travel time, waiting time between calls and 45p per mile mileage allowance. Additional benefits include enhanced pay for unsociable hours and double-time compensation for work carried out on public holidays

About the Role

No Experience Needed – Full Training Provided!

Whether you are new to care or already have experience, we will provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
