Helping Hands is hiring a Care Assistant to provide compassionate in-home support, companionship, and daily living assistance. No prior care experience is required as comprehensive training is provided to help you grow in the role.

You will work in local homes, using your own vehicle where needed, with flexible shifts and mileage reimbursement. Start dates are available as checks are completed, and you will join a supportive, values-driven team focused on making a real difference in people’s

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, meaningful companionship to customers in their own homes.
• Support with personal care, including washing, bathing, dressing and toileting.
• Assist with mobility needs to keep customers safe and confident.
• Oversee and administer medication as per care plans.
• Help with household tasks such as cleaning, cooking and meal preparation.
• Run essential errands, from food shopping to collecting prescriptions.
• Offer calm, considerate support that ensures customers feel truly cared for.
