About The Role

As a Care Assistant, you will:

  • Support and assist people in their own homes to live independently
  • Empower people to make their own decisions
  • Provide support with personal care
  • Offer physical and emotional support
  • Help with daily living tasks and activities
  • Assist with healthcare and appointments
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
  • Utilise mobile technology to record and deliver care

  • Follow safe working practices

The role may include travel to nearby areas to ensure quality care.
