Riverside is seeking a Care Assistant at Willow Brook, Washington. This part-time role offers a 2-week rolling rota from 7am to 10pm, 30 hours per week, on-site in Willow Brook.
Salary £26,227.50 per annum pro rata, with Riverside's commitment to residents' wellbeing and community support. The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-focused residential setting, knowledge of housing and Health and Safety standards, and flexibility to cover hours as needed to meet needs.

You will provide assistance to residents in need of physical personal care and carry out individual tasks with residents in line with their support plans, to maintain or improve their quality of life and to be able to recognise signs of distress in residents. You will work with the team to identify and assess positive ways to reduce distress and give residents control over their lives wherever possible.
