Location: Stratford-upon-Avon

Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour (day) | £11.44 per hour (sleepover rate)

Shifts Available: Various shifts are available

Access to a vehicle is required due to the geographical location of the role.

Job Description

What You’ll Do

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and improve skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, stoma care, and so much more!

We are currently looking for a lovely, kind person to join a fantastic team of carers and enable a young lady to live her best life. This lady requires care and support following a Spinal Cord Injury. She has a real passion for rare plants and all things green and finds they provide a mindful and relaxing outlet to life. She enjoys going out and exploring new places and experiences.

Your role is to assist her in these activities and enable her to enjoy a good quality of life. All we are looking for is a kind human who is willing to learn and is a good listener who can follow instructions and have a laugh!

Qualifications

What you’ll need

You don’t need any care experience to apply for this role, just plenty of care, compassion, and resilience as we provide full nurse-led training.
