Job summary

Complete Care Amegreen, part of CCH, Stratford-upon-Avon, is seeking a compassionate care professional to support a young woman with a spinal cord injury in her daily life.

Shifts are 24-hour with a sleep‑in night, offering 24‑48 hours per week and almost 5 days off. You’ll provide personal care, mobility support, and help with hobbies, outings, and pet interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience with bowel management.
• A good listener with a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working around pets.
• Reliable driver with own vehicle.

• Supporting daily living and personal care needs.

• Following care plans and instructions.

Job description

Pay: £13.75 per hour (days) | £11.44 per hour (sleep nights)

Shifts: 24-hour shifts 10am - 10am

Driver required: Yes - full licence and access to your own vehicle

About the Role

Each shift is 24hours with a sleep in night, allowing you to work 24-48 hours per week and have almost 5 days off!

We’re looking for a kind, compassionate person to join a fantastic team supporting a young woman with a spinal cord injury in Stratford‑upon‑Avon.

She lives with her sister and a cheeky tabby cat — so being pet‑friendly is essential. She loves rare plants, greenery, and mindful hobbies, and enjoys getting out to explore new places and experiences.

Your role is to enable her to live her best life, supporting her with daily activities, personal care, and the things she loves.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting daily living and personal care needs
• Assisting with mobility and bowel management
• Helping her enjoy hobbies, outings, and new experiences
• Working confidently around pets
• Following care plans and instructions
• Bringing warmth, humour, and a “can‑do” attitude
• Working along side other professionals 3 times a day

Full training is provided — previous complex care experience is helpful but not essential.
