Roles and Responsibilities
Our care assistants are responsible for meeting the support requirements of our customers in a way that respects the individual and promotes their independence. You will travel to customers' homes in Worcestershire and assist them with daily tasks as agreed with the customer and Caremark, providing help with tasks that require it.
