• Assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and meals.
• Providing emotional support and ensuring residents’ dignity and individuality are maintained.
• Supporting residents with limited mobility and end-of-life care.
• Recognising and reporting signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and attending safeguarding training.
