As a Care Assistant, under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you'll be responsible for the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of our residents. This includes assisting with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and helping with meals.
You will deliver care that comes from the heart, ensuring residents retain their dignity and individuality. Your involvement may include helping those with limited mobility, offering emotional support, or providing end-of-life care, always prioritizing their well-being.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the appropriate actions to take. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training and undertake additional role-specific training.
