Job summary

Nobleliveincare is seeking a compassionate domiciliary Care Assistant in Stevenage to support individuals in their homes. You'll provide personal care, assist with medication, and help with everyday tasks.

The role requires no prior experience, as full paid training is provided. You'll need a valid driving licence and a vehicle to assist clients in various locations. This position offers the chance to make a meaningful difference while being part of a supportive team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Every day as a domiciliary Care Assistant is different, but your impact is always the same - life-changing. You’ll support people to stay independent in their own homes and be a trusted part of a close-knit, local team.

• Providing personal care with dignity and respect – bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming
• Assisting with medication – preparation and administration
• Helping with mobility – and using aids/equipment safely
• Preparing meals/snacks – and offering mealtime support
• Carrying out light domestic duties – laundry, making beds, light cleaning
• Offering companionship and reassurance – building meaningful relationships
• Encourage social engagement and family connections
• Monitor health and report any changes to healthcare professionals and family
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Respond to emergencies safely and effectively
• Work collaboratively with families and the wider care team

Qualifications
