Beech Tree Total Care in Ashford is hiring part-time and full-time Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes. The advertised pay includes travel time, and no experience is needed — full training is provided.

Duties include personal care (continence support, washing, dressing), medication assistance, meal preparation, and light domestic tasks, plus companionship and reassurance. Shifts are 7am–2pm or 4pm–10pm with alternate weekends, and DBS check is required.

We're currently recruiting part-time and full-time Care Assistants in Ashford to support clients in their own homes. The advertised pay rate includes travel time.

If you're kind, sociable, and passionate about making a difference, this could be the perfect role for you. No experience is needed — full training is provided.

Your duties may include personal care (such as continence support, washing, dressing), medication management, meal preparation, and light domestic tasks. Most importantly, you'll offer companionship, reassurance, and genuine comfort to those you care for.

Work is available across Ashford, and nearby areas. We are particularly looking for people able to work 7am-2pm and 4pm-10pm with alternate weekends.
