We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant to join our team. Whether providing long-term, short-term, convalescence, respite, or palliative care, our focus is on delivering the highest quality service at all times.
As a Care Assistant, under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you'll be responsible for the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents. Your duties include assisting with personal care activities such as washing, hygiene, dressing, and helping with meals.
Deliver care that comes from the heart, ensuring residents maintain their dignity and individuality. You may help residents with limited mobility, provide emotional support, or care for those at the end of their lives, always prioritizing their well-being.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the appropriate actions to take. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training and undertake additional relevant training.
