Job description

We are looking for passionate Care Assistants who want to make a difference in the lives of elderly clients in Residential services in the Hardley area.

As a Care Assistant, you will deliver a high standard of care at all times. You will support service users to maximize their choices, rights, and decisions.

We offer a variety of shift patterns to suit the right candidate. We are recruiting for Days and Nights shifts—applicants will be assigned to either Day or Night shifts.

The successful candidate must have:

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (preferred but not essential)
• Passion for care
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Hold a full driving licence (preferred but not essential)
