We are seeking passionate Care Assistants dedicated to making a difference in the lives of elderly clients in Residential services in the Hardley area.

As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care, supporting service users to maximize their choices, rights, and decisions.

We offer various shift patterns to suit the right candidate, including Day and Night shifts—candidates would do either Days or Nights.

The ideal candidate must have:

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (preferred but not essential)
• A passion for care
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• A full driving license (preferred but not essential)
