Job summary

Albany Care Home in Headington, Oxfordshire, part of Healthcare Homes, is seeking a caring Care Assistant to join a warm, resident-centred team delivering personal care and companionship.

Nights 20:00–08:00 (36 hrs/wk, alternate weekends) and Days 08:00–20:00 (33 hrs/wk, alternate weekends) with pay of £13.00 per hour. We provide induction, training, pension, extra holiday and staff benefits.

• Care Assistant

  Albany Care Home, Headington

  £13.00 per hour

  Nights - 8pm to 8am - 36hrs per week (includes alternate weekends)

  Days - 8am to 8pm - 33hrs per week (includes alternate weekends)

  What would a typical day look like?

  • Supporting individuals with personal care (hygiene, washing, dressing, etc.)
  • Providing companionship and offering social interaction
  • Maintaining accurate resident records
