Job summary

Anchor Hanover Group, a Living Wage Foundation employer, is seeking a Care Assistant to bring compassion, energy and fun to our residents. You’ll provide dignified personal care, assist during mealtimes and offer sensitive support with daily life.

Across diverse duties, you’ll build trusted relationships. We offer extensive learning and development, training to Level 2, progression opportunities, GP access, salary advances, pension up to 18%, and a wide range of employee discounts.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; learning and development programs available.
• Care assistant role focusing on dignified personal care and support.

As a Care Assistant, you’ll bring compassion, energy, and fun to our residents. Your role includes providing dignified personal care, assisting during mealtimes, and provide sensitive and appropriate support with various aspects of people’s lives.
