Job summary

Anchor Hanover Group is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to provide dignified personal care and compassionate support to residents in our homes. The role focuses on assisting with meals, daily living activities, and offering a listening, reassuring presence to residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Provide dignified personal care to residents.
• Assist during mealtimes and support daily routines.
• Offer attentive listening and emotional support to residents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate care to residents with dignity and respect.
• Support residents with activities of daily living and mobility as needed.
• Collaborate with the care team to monitor residents' wellbeing and safety.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date notes on residents' needs and preferences.

As a Care Assistant, you’ll bring compassion, energy, and fun to our residents. Your role includes providing dignified personal care, assisting during mealtimes, and provide sensitive and appropriate support with various aspects of people’s lives. Beyond physical care, you'll also be a comforting and attentive listener.
