Job summary

Home Instead is seeking dedicated Care Professionals to provide personalised support to clients in their own homes, helping them stay happy and independent. Roles include full-time and part-time positions, with availability across weekdays, evenings, and alternate weekends.

We operate in Shrewsbury and surrounding rural areas; you will travel to clients in these communities and receive full induction, training, and ongoing mentoring as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence.
• Based in Shrewsbury or nearby and willing to travel to rural areas outside the town center (e.g., Crew Green, Pant, Bomere Heath, Baschurch).
• Availability across weekdays, evenings, and alternate weekends to provide flexible care.

Responsibilities

• Support clients to stay safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes.
• Provide personal care with dignity and respect.
• Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with medication.
