Job summary

Oxford Aunts Care Ltd is seeking compassionate Care Assistants to provide high-quality, person-centred care so clients can remain at home in their familiar surroundings.

Role includes companionship, personal support, and travel between clients. No prior experience required as full training is provided, with flexible hours and a focus on compassionate service throughout Oxfordshire.

Qualifications

• You must be a driver with a full driving licence and your own vehicle.
• Living within our Oxford recruitment areas.
• Right to work in the UK.
• No experience is necessary as full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, care and support with all aspects of clients' lives.
• Assist with daily living activities to maintain independence and comfort.
• Promote physical and emotional well-being of clients.
• Drive between clients and manage allocated visits.
• Attend onboarding training and DBS check as required.
• Flexible shifts to suit part-time or full-time availability.

What We Offer

• Up to 20 hour Guaranteed hour contract or bank contract depending on your availability
• Flexible working patterns part time and full time
• Up to £16.25 per hour depending on your experience
• Paid travel time between clients at the same hourly rate
• 45p per mile for mileage
• Minimum of 1 hour visits

• Care certificate, level 2 & 3 Diploma along with expert led advanced courses and extensive learning programmes.
