Located in Hextable near Swanley, Emerson Park is a luxurious Care Village comprising 47 independent living apartments and an 85-bed nursing, residential, and dementia care home.

Role Overview

We seek enthusiastic, passionate, and reliable care assistants to support our residential and dementia residents. The role is on an 'as and when' basis, covering annual leave and ad hoc sickness, with planned rotas including day and/or night shifts.

Candidate Requirements

• Passion for care and teamwork, supporting residents’ independence and choice.
• Experience preferred, ideally with NVQ qualification, or willingness to attend training.
• Physically and medically capable of duties with or without aids.
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, or willingness to attain.
• Proactive, flexible, and able to organize workload under pressure.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
