What You’ll Do:

As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a key part in our residents’ daily lives, helping with everything from getting dressed and enjoying meals to meaningful chats and everyday companionship. No task is too small when it makes someone feel seen, safe and supported.

You’ll follow personalised care plans and work as part of a tight-knit team to deliver care that’s always warm, respectful, and tailored to each individual.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A naturally caring and compassionate approach
  • A team player with good communication skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or happy to work towards it
  • Experience is great, but not essential we hire the person, not the CV
