Hartfield House provides 24-hour residential, nursing, and dementia care for up to 62 elderly residents in a beautifully decorated, modern care home. The home offers spacious private bedrooms with ensuite wet-rooms, communal living areas, a café, hair salon, leisure and wellness room, and private dining room.

Position: Care Assistant - Nights Only.

About The Role

You will care for our residents as if they were members of your own family, recognizing that each one of them is an individual with their own needs and preferences. You will help them make choices regarding their care and support them with every aspect of daily living, from washing and toileting to dressing and assisting at mealtimes where required. Throughout all of your interactions, you will ensure that their needs are met through dignified and person-centered care.

About You

You will be cheerful, caring, and compassionate, with a flexible approach to working shifts. Experience in care is beneficial but not essential; your personal qualities are more important. We will provide full training and support to help you start your career in care.

The successful candidate will be required to provide satisfactory references and undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. You must also be authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
