McCarthy Stone is seeking a professional Care Assistant to join their team at the stunning development, Sycamore Court, in Scarborough.

Sycamore Court offers 54 one and two-bedroom retirement apartments with views of Scarborough Castle and the surrounding sea, making it one of the most beautiful locations in the area.

Salary and Benefits:

• Base Salary: £11.58 per hour plus additional pay (see below)
• 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays (pro rata if part-time)

As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality individual care to residents, supporting their well-being. Your duties will include housekeeping, domestic support, encouraging participation in activities, assisting with appointments, arranging transport, escorting visits, and shopping. Every day will be diverse, offering opportunities to make a real difference using your people skills.

• You are warm, friendly, and ideally have some experience in care or support environments.
