Job summary

Care UK in Scarborough is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to help residents stay active and independent while delivering essential personal care and meal support. You will work on a 3 on/3 off pattern with 12-hour shifts (8am–8pm or 2:30pm–10pm) to provide consistent, high-quality care.

The role emphasizes identifying residents’ personal goals, implementing tailored care plans, and encouraging new interests and physical activities within a warm, homely setting.

• Comfort with assisting with personal care and meals.

Responsibilities
