Job summary

Care UK in Barnsley is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, with a 7am to 2:30pm rolling rota (3 on, 3 off). You will help residents stay active and maintain independence while delivering personal care and support at mealtimes.

Our Learning Academy provides training and development; we value compassionate teamwork and a genuine desire to make a difference in residents' lives, with opportunities for progression and access to apprenticeships and wellbeing

• Help residents remain as active and independent as possible
• Support residents with personal care and mealtimes
• Identify residents' goals and implement personalised care plans
• Assist residents to explore new interests and engage in physical activities in a caring, homely environment

The Role

• Part-Time; 7am - 2.30pm working a rolling rota of 3 on, 3 off

• Supporting residents to explore new interests and engage in physical activities in a motivating and homely environment
