Location and Shift Details

We support service users across Hertfordshire, specifically in Sawbridgeworth.

Work Location: SAWBRIDGEWORTH

Applicants from surrounding areas are welcome to apply

Pay Rate: £14.60 - £16.00 per hour plus 30p mileage

Shifts are available across seven days a week, primarily in the evening from 2:00 pm to 10:00/11:00 pm.

Care Assistant: Role & Responsibilities

Our Care Professionals support clients in their own homes, following individual care plans. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, incontinence care, toileting, medication), practical tasks (shopping, mealtimes, housework), mobility assistance, and emotional support.

Additional Tasks Include:

• Helping clients with mobility and physical disabilities, including use and care of aids and adaptations.
• Domestic tasks such as making beds, tidying, light cleaning, laundry, and emptying commodes.
• Supporting with eating, drinking, and medication administration.

Qualifications

No prior social care experience is required. We value compassion, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, resilience, and a genuine desire to help others. A driving license and access to a vehicle are essential due to the location of the role.
