Altogether Care is seeking a Care & Support Worker to provide personal, physical and emotional support to clients in the Wareham community. You’ll help with daily tasks, attend appointments and encourage independence, with driving between visits essential.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.80–£14.30, permanent contracts, flexible full- and part-time shifts, comprehensive induction and training, mileage allowance and a pension, plus wellbeing support.

Care & Support Worker

Driving is essential for this role, and you'll need the ability and willingness to travel between care visits.

Flexible shift options to suit you

We have a range of shift patterns available:

• Morning & evening shifts - full or part-time
• Morning-only shifts - full or part-time
• Evening-only shifts - full or part-time
• Weekend-only positions - mornings and/or evenings

Please note that availability to work every other weekend is a requirement for most weekday positions.
