Requirements:

Main Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Liaise with Social Workers, District Nurses, and other agency professionals within the multidisciplinary team when required.
• Contribute towards communicating changes of requirements.
• Work within the company policies and procedures.
• Attend training and expand your personal development.
• Assist customers with personal needs such as dressing, washing, meal preparation, and community access as detailed in the Care Plan.
• Assist with light housework within the customer's home, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, polishing, washing, ironing, and meal preparation.
• Encourage customers to undertake personal care and tasks they are capable of, recognizing daily changes in abilities.
