City and County Healthcare Group is seeking a Care Assistant to support two paediatric siblings with Congenital Myopathy in Bolton, England. The role involves tracheostomy and ventilator care, PEG feeding, mobilisation, and assisting the family with daily life and care planning.
You will receive nurse-led training and be encouraged to build a strong, trusting relationship with the family, contributing to their quality of life and participation in family activities.
Qualifications

- Experience working with Children preferred.

Job description
This role is looking after two paediatric siblings with Congenital Myopathy, supporting their mum and extended family with their care. They require tracheostomy and ventilator care, PEG feeding, mobilisation and support with personal and social aspects of life. You will be making a difference to their lives ensuring they can participate in family life as appropriate, help support mum with their care needs, their needs vary day to day so this is a role you really can make your own and help create a strong bong with the family and siblings.
You will get Nurse Led Training.
Experience working with Children preferred.
Experience working in Healthcare or Social Care preferred.
