Main Duties:

• Supporting individuals to remain as independent as possible, including personal care such as washing, dressing, and oral care.
• Encouraging participation in leisure activities and supporting outside appointments and outings.
• Maintaining the home environment by making beds, tidying rooms, and light cleaning.
• Serving meals and drinks, presenting them attractively, and providing support during mealtimes.
• Complying with all statutory and legal requirements, including health & safety, COSHH, and infection control policies.
