Job summary

Helping Hands is hiring a Care Assistant in Rotherham to support people to live safely and independently at home. No prior care experience is required; full training will be provided and you will join a supportive team focused on compassionate care.

You’ll provide companionship, assist with personal care, help with mobility, and support everyday tasks and errands in clients’ homes.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

• Provide warm, meaningful companionship to customers in their own homes.

• Oversee and administer medication in line with care plans.
• Help with household tasks such as cleaning, cooking and meal preparation.
• Run essential errands, from food shopping to collecting prescriptions.
