Role Overview

The role of a community carer involves making visits to clients in their own homes using your own vehicle, helping clients meet their desired outcomes, assisting with personal care, cooking and serving meals, helping with medications, supporting daily living activities, and recording visits using our digital care planning system.

Requirements

• Full UK Driver's License
• High personal values aligned with our team
• A professional approach to training and ongoing development
