We are currently seeking caring and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Assistants for day, evening, and weekend shifts. This role will involve you playing a crucial role in supporting seniors with their daily activities, promoting their well-being, and providing companionship.

What You'll Enjoy as Our Care Assistant:

Competitive Pay:£12.40 per hour on weekdays, £13.40 per hour on weekends.

Mileage Compensation:33p per mile.

Minimum 1-Hour Visits:Ensuring quality time with clients.

Local Shifts:Reducing your travel distance, and we cover mileage.

Comprehensive Training:Great induction for new Care Assistants and ongoing support.

Supportive Environment:A dedicated office team and a circle of happy Care Assistants.

Career Growth:Support for NVQ qualifications and internal promotion.

Your Role and Responsibilities as a Care Assistant:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Help with meal preparation and medication reminders
  • Assist with light housekeeping and errands
  • Support clients with mobility and physical activities
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate team members
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
