Job summary

Balhousie Care Group is seeking a Care Assistant. You will care for residents with compassion, assisting with personal care, meals, and daily activities while maintaining their dignity.

This role requires good communication, flexibility to shifts, and a positive, caring attitude. Successful candidates will undergo PVG checks and references; UK work authorization is required, and sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience or willingness to train.
• Must be authorised to work in the UK; sponsorship is not offered.
• PVG check and satisfactory references required.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to residents, helping them maintain dignity and individuality.
• Assist with washing, personal hygiene, dressing and meals.

As a Care Assistant on our team, you’ll care for our residents like they’re your own family. It’s all about looking after their physical, psychological, and social needs to help us deliver the quality of care they deserve. Care that makes the difference.

You’ll provide person-centred care to our residents, ensuring they retain their dignity and individuality. You'll assist with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and helping with meals.

About you:

Cheerful, caring, and compassionate by nature, with good reading, writing, and communication skills, you’ll be flexible enough to work shifts. We provide full training, so whatever your background, we’d love to hear from you!

Successful candidates are subject to satisfactory references and a PVG check and must be authorised to work in the UK. We no longer offer Sponsorship.
