Job summary

Complete Care Amegreen, part of CCH, is seeking compassionate night support workers to join our Birmingham-based team, supporting three young clients aged 8–14 with tailored, person-centred care.

You’ll work up to five nights per week on a seven-day rota, with supervision from a Nurse, Care Coordinator and Client Manager, using iPad-based reporting; a full DBS check is provided and training is paid.

So, what will your day look like?

Every night shift brings variety in this rewarding role supporting one of three individual young clients, each with unique needs and personalities, where you’ll provide tailored, person-centred care and truly make a difference. You will act as a flexible night support worker across all three care packages, covering holidays and sickness for up to five nights per week across a seven-day rota, with full backing from an experienced Nurse, Care Coordinator and Client Manager. Working with young people aged 8–14, you’ll play a key role in communication and relationship-building with both clients and their families, using an iPad to accurately record shifts and medical information, and developing personalised communication approaches, including with nonverbal clients.
