Job Description: Care Assistant

Benefits:
  • Excellent pay rates - £13.00 per hour weekdays, £13.50 per hour weekends, plus £19.50 enhanced bank holiday rates

Care Assistant Responsibilities:

Being a Home Help Assistant is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! With minimum 1-hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high-quality, person-focused care. Duties can include:

  • Companionship - ensuring clients enjoy regular and meaningful social interactions
  • Helping with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework
  • Accompanying clients to appointments or shopping
  • Personal care - supporting clients with bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming to maintain their health and independence
