As a Care Assistant, your focus will be on delivering high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Responsibilities include assisting residents with personal hygiene, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors while respecting their dignity and individuality. You will also be expected to practice safe systems of work across a range of tasks.
