An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Support Worker to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Wroxham, Norwich area. You will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers.

This nursing home offers nursing and dementia care, with a warm and homely, person-centred approach from a stable and professional team.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Be an essential part of the team, promoting well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residents.
2. Assist with daily tasks, including all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene to days out and companionship.
3. Encourage independence, well-being, and support vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities.
4. Ensure accurate record keeping at all times.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Have a genuine desire to care for others.

Salary and Benefits

The successful Support Worker will receive an excellent salary of £12.00 per hour, with an annual salary of £22,464. This is a permanent full-time role for 36 hours a week, working day shifts. Benefits include:
