Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Norwich is seeking a committed Support Worker to join an exceptional nursing home that provides nursing and dementia care. The role is a permanent full-time position 36 hours per week with day or night shifts.

You will contribute to a warm, person-centred environment, assist with personal care, support independence, and help residents with daily activities while maintaining accurate records. A supportive team ensures professional care and career prospects.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent is required.
• Genuine desire to care for others, good team player, and strong communication skills are preferred.

To be considered for this position you must an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent

As a Support Worker your key duties include:

• Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residents
• Assist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship
• Encourage independence, well-being and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities
• Ensure accurate record keeping at all times

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
