All Care Services is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support older adults across the Newbury, Thatcham and Hungerford area. You will provide person-centred care, including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, shopping, and companionship, helping clients regain independence in their own homes.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided; driving availability and UK right-to-work are required.

Competenze

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Right to work in the UK; we are unable to offer sponsorship.
• Travel within the community; drivers with a full UK licence and own vehicle are preferred.
• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.

Salary: £13.10 – £13.27 per hour.Additional benefits include enhanced pay for unsociable hours and double-time compensation for work carried out on public holidays.
