Job summary

Apex Prime Care is recruiting Care Assistants to support clients at home in Newbury and surrounding areas. The role includes personal care, medication management, meal prep, and light domestic tasks, with an emphasis on companionship and wellbeing.

Shifts include mornings, days, evenings and nights. Driving licence with own vehicle is preferred; walking rota rates differ. DBS check and right to work in the UK required. Flexible hours and career progression are highlighted in the benefits package.

• Experience in home care is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including continence support, washing and dressing.
• Manage medications and prepare meals or assist with hot meals.
• Help with domestic tasks while providing companionship and reassurance.

The stated rate of pay is for Care Assistants with a driving licence and own vehicle and includes mileage and travel time in the hourly rate. Those on walking rota's will receive an adjusted pay rate.
