About The Role

As a Care Assistant, you will:

• Support people to live independently at home
• Empower individuals to make their own decisions
• Provide personal care and emotional support
• Assist with daily activities and health appointments
• Build positive relationships with clients and their families
• Use mobile technology to record care

Note: The role may require travel to nearby areas.
